Barbara "Bobbie" Jean Davis, 81, of Chattanooga, TN, passed away with her loving family by her side on Monday, April 15, 2013 in a Chattanooga, TN hospital.
The daughter of the late Roy and Nora Lee Ray Jett, she was also predeceased by her husband of 43 years, Thomas E. Davis; and daughter, Donna Michelle Richardson.
Survivors include her children, Thomas E. Davis Jr., Rhonda "Suzie" Davis, Nola "Darlene" Ledford, Karen Annette Ritchie, Allen (Lisa) Davis and Darrell (Teresa) Davis; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, April 19, 2013, in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Clyde Fitzgerald officiating.
Interment will follow in New Salem Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. today, April 17, 2013, and on Thursday, April 18, 2013 from 2-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Arrangements are by Hamilton Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 4506 Hixson Pike, Hixson, TN.
