William A. “Bill” Penney, 86, of Soddy Daisy, died on Wednesday, December 24, 2014.
He was of the Church of God faith. Bill retired from Chattanooga Glass Company.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Bertha Penney; his parents, Fred and Aldine Penney; his brothers, Ralph, James and Cecil Penney and his sisters, Betty Hankins and Lillian Phillips.
Bill is survived by his daughter, Juanita Keltch; two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 27, at Williamson & Sons Funeral Home. Burial will follow in East Soddy Community Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5-9 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 26, at the funeral home.
