Marian Jo Smith, 67, of Chattanooga, died on Dec. 24, 2002, in a local hospital.

Ms. Smith was a member of Mile Straight Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her father, Estill Griffith and brothers, Sonny and Tommy Griffith.

Survivors include her sons, Richard Smith of Spring City, Tn., Sammy Smith of Harrison, Tn.; daughter, Marilyn Lee of Chattanooga; mother, Dorothy Griffith of Chattanooga; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Friday in the chapel of Williamson & Sons Funeral Home with Dr. Albert C. Goss officiating.

Interment will follow in Johnson Cemetery.

Visitation will be on Thursday from 6-9 p.m.

Arrangements are by Williamson & Sons Funeral Home, Soddy-Daisy.
