Cayden Smith passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by love. He fought a very long and hard battle with cancer and went to be with the moon, stars, and sun on December 22nd at 6:53am.

Cayden was born September 15th 2002 in Chattanooga Tennessee. He is survived by his wife, Gabrielle Smith; his mother, Kimberly Smith; his siblings, Lexis Smith and Francisco Salaices; his grandparents, Becky Capehart and Mike Capehart; his aunt, Anna Capehart; his mother in law, Mandi Castro; his father in law, Julio Castro; his brother in laws, Gavin Brock and Camden Prifogle. He was preceded in death by his uncle Kenny Holloway.

Everyone that knew Cayden saw the very big heart that beautiful boy had. All of the time no matter what. Cayden always put everyone before himself, the most respectful and loving man anyone knows. He never let anything keep him down no matter how bad, he fought very very hard for almost 4 years now. Everyone knows Cayden as a soldier, the strongest person we all know. Cayden was the kindest and the most loving person and he always made sure to show it even with all the hardships in his life. Cayden loved everyone around him with his whole heart and always brought us up.

Visitation for Cayden will be on Wednesday, December 27th from 4:00 till 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be Thursday, December 28th at 2:00 pm in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at Johnson Cemetery.
