Betty's Obit:
Betty Emmalou Grant, 86, of Mowbray Mountain, passed away on  Tuesday, January 24, 2017.  She was preceded in death by her husband, George A. Grant, Jr.; son, Winford Curtis Grant; parents John Calvin and Anna Mae Roysdon; siblings, Wilma Ashley, Ellen Durham and Willard Ezell.

Survivors are her son, Leonard Grant; brothers, Jessie Roysdon, Bobby Roysdon, James Roysdon and Jene Roysdon; grandchildren, David Brandon Grant, Tara Curtrice Grant, Leonard Grant, Jr., Robin Phipps and Melissa Sexton; several nieces and nephews.

Services will be held on Thursday, January 26, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Minister Douglas Graham officiating.  Burial will follow at Grant-Varner Cemetery.  Visitation is Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
