Stanley W. Wilson, 63, of Soddy-Daisy, died on Sunday, March 20, 2005.
He was of the Baptist faith. He was retired from Kelly Cadillac as Parts Manager.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Taylor and Delta Wilson, and a sister, Elaine Dodd.
He is survived by his wife, Beverly Wilson, of Soddy-Daisy; daughter and son-in-law, Lynette and Jeff Prince, of Knoxville; daughter, Ellen McKenzie, of Soddy-Daisy; brother, James "Pete" Wilson, of Soddy-Daisy; sisters, Jean Smith, Joyce Holcomb and Lucy Penney, all of Soddy-Daisy; and grandchildren, Shane, Sara and Seth Prince and Joshua McKenzie.
Services will be at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, in the chapel of the funeral home with the Rev. Ted Painter, the Rev. Howard Gray and Dr. Clankston Freeman officiating.
Interment will follow in Wilcoxen Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m. and 5-9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Arrangements are by Williamson & Sons Funeral Home in Soddy-Daisy.
Beverly June Sneed Wilson, 62, of Soddy Daisy, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, April 7, 2010. She was of the Church of God faith.
Beverly was preceded in death by her husband of 41 years, Stanley Wilson; parents, Archie and Alvona Sneed and brothers, Calvin and Gary Sneed. Special thanks to Hospice of Chattanooga for all they did.
Survivors include her children, Lynette Prince and husband Jeff of Knoxville and Ellen McKenzie of Soddy Daisy along with her grandchildren, Shane, Sara and Seth Prince and Joshua McKenzie.
Graveside services will be Friday, April 9, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. at Wilcoxen Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 12 noon Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Hospice of Chattanooga. Condolences and memories may be shared at www.williamsonandsons.com. Arrangements are by Williamson & Sons Funeral Home, 8852 Dayton Pike Soddy-Daisy, TN 37379.
