Obituary:
George Gregory Lewis, 49, of Hixson passed away Monday, August 17, 2009 after a lengthy illness. He was preceded in death by his father, Jessie Lewis, mother, Kathleen Scoggins.
He is survived by his wife, Kathy Lewis; daughter, Charlena O’Malley; grandson, Eli Kessel all of Hixson; brother, Tim (Tammy) Lewis of Ringgold; Special aunt and best friend, Jessie Chambers of Cagle Mountain, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Graveside service will be 11:00 A.M. Thursday at Millsaps Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 9:00 A.M. until time of service at the funeral home. The family would like to express their gratitude to Hospice of Chattanooga. Condolences and memories may be shared at www.williamsonandsons.com.
