Martha “Marti” Q. Redden passed away last Thursday, October 19th 2023.  She attended East Ridge High School and the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where she studied Music Education.  Marti served as the Children Director at Red Bank United Methodist Church for 28 years, and later attended Burke’s United Methodist Church and currently Rockbridge Church in Hixson, Tn.  Marti or Just “Mom” loved her family and friends and enjoyed spending time with them. She loved music and watercolor painting and enjoyed her puzzles. She was compassionate, caring and joyful! She will be missed greatly.

Marti was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and June Quinn, brother, Randy Quinn and sister, Bobbie Partain. 

She is greatly loved and remembered by Husband Ray E. Redden, Children, Jeff and (wife) Kristi Redden, Lacey and Dustin Redden. Grandchildren, Patrick, Bailey, Molly Kate, Kylie and Jack. Great Grandchildren, Easton and Grey.  Marti is also the niece and close friend of her Aunt Shirley (Sister of June Quinn) and Uncle Bobie.

Graveside services will be held at 1:30 pm on Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at Dividing Ridge Cemetery with Pastor Jerry Yother officiating.  Family will receive friends from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm on Tuesday at Hamilton Funeral Home
