Mildred Imogene May, 88, of Soddy Daisy, passed away on Monday, March 14, 2016. She was a member of the Sale Creek church of God.
Mildred was preceded in death by her husband, Bunk May; a sister, Rita Shipley and her parents, Lawrence and Jane Davis.
She is survived by her children, Ronnie (Deanna) May, Sherry (Charlie) Chauncey, Rickey (Judy) May, Kim (Gene) Holland, David May and Monty May; her grandchildren, Jeff (Sandi) May, Chuck (Jeri) Chauncey, Rickey (Delphia) May, Jr., Jason Chauncey, Rachel Roddy, Timmy May and Taylor May; her brothers, Samuel Davis and Joel Davis; her sisters, Barbara Newman and Wanda Clift along with several great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
The service will be 1:00 P.M. Thursday, March 17, 2016 at Williamson & Sons Funeral Home, with Bishop Terry Bolton and Pastor Emeritus Kenneth Bolton officiating. Burial will follow in Dividing Ridge Cemetery. Visitation is 3:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Arrangements are by Williamson and Sons Funeral Home, 8852 Dayton Pike, Soddy-Daisy, TN 37379.
