Mr. James Clingan, age 77 of Rossville, Ga, passed away on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at Erlanger Hospital.
Funeral service is Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at 11:00 am in Kerby Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Earnest Corbitt officiating.
Burial will follow in Shelton Cemetery.
Family will receive friends Tuesday from 9am until 11am
