Gone but not forgotten
George Ronald Clingan, 52, a native of Chattanooga, died on Wednesday, July 6, 2005, in his residence. He was of the Baptist faith.
He was preceded in death by his father, George W. Clingan, and brothers, Carl J. Clingan and David Lee Clingan.
He is survived by his mother, Stella M. Clingan, of Chattanooga; sister, Lue Ann Clingan; brothers, Robert and James Clingan, all of Chattanooga; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Dennis Goens officiating. Interment will follow in Shelton Cemetery.
The family will receive friends after 2 p.m. Friday at W.L. Wilson & Sons Funeral Home, Fort Oglethorpe, obituary line 861-1060.
