Elizabeth Jackson, 76, of Mason, retired factory worker with the Vollraft Company, passed away on Saturday, January 18. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, January 21 at the Covington Funeral Home chapel with interment to follow in Magnolia Gardens Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Monday, January 20 at the funeral home. She leaves her husband of 59 years, Abe Jackson; three daughters, Sandra Cochran of Rosemark, Charlotte Fleming of Gilt Edge and Tabitha Cato of Mason; five sons, William Jackson, Kenneth Jackson, Charles Jackson, Larry Jackson, all of Mason and Ossie A. Jackson, Jr., of Ripley; four sisters, Dorothy Lowe of Burlison, Mary Ann Foster of Gilt Edge, Molly Hambick of Brighton and Martha Price of Keiser, AR; three brothers, Robert Knight of Covington, Amos Knight of Gilt Edge and Johnny Knight of Millington; 13 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son, Timothy Lee Jackson; her parents, Charlie and Emma Ward Knight; and two brothers, Charles Knight and James Knight.
