Born September 8, 1905, Vienna was the first child born to the Marriage of James Foster Robbins & Rosetta A. Ledbetter, his 4th spouse. She spent her adolescence in Overton & Pickett Counties where her father worked at a dry goods store and was at one point post master for Spurrier, Tennessee. On May 30, 1921 she married Okla Bewell Robbins in Overton County after which they made their home in Pickett County in the Spurrier Community. In totality the union was blessed with four children, Ontrie (Jean),1923, Leamon, 1925, Leland, 1929 & Loren Lee, 1931. Sadly, shortly after the birth of Loren, Vienna contracted Influenza which progressed into Pneumonia resulting in her death November 4, 1931 when he was but a month and several days old.
