Linda M. "Spark Plug" Bowman, 55, of Soddy-Daisy, died at home quietly Monday, May 23, 2005.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Bonnie Harvey; spouse, Luther B. Bowman Sr.; and granddaughter, Ashley Nicole Blackwell.
She is survived by her son, Billy Rowell, of Crandall, GA; daughters and sons-in-law, Bonnie and Travis Seals, of Sale Creek, TN, Tonya and Jerry Blackwell, Chickamauga, GA; four grandchildren, Daniel McClendon, Aaron, Billy, Jr. and Brady; and sister, June Printz, of Dayton, TN.
She wanted to be remembered for the love she had for life, family and Jesus. Mama you fought a good fight, now rest in the arms of Jesus.
Luther B. "Red" Bowman, Sr., 64, of Soddy-Daisy, died on Wednesday, Sept. 15, 2004, at his home.
He was of the Baptist faith, and was preceded in death by his daughter, Pamela Bowman; parents, Oscar and Jackolyn Beatrice Bowman.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Bowman; sons and daughter-in-laws, Luther B., Jr. and Lisa Bowman, Billy Ray and Rochelle Bowman; stepson, Billy and Pam Powell; stepdaughters and sons-in-law, Bonnie and Travis Seals, Tonya and Jerry Blackwell; brother and sister-in-law, David and Clara Bowman; two grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two nephews, one niece, and one great-nephew.
