Harrell E. Nelson, 62, of Hixson, died on Thursday, Feb. 24, 2005, at his home.
He was of the Church of God faith. Mr. Nelson was an avid CB radio operator and was known by the handle "Coyote." He retired from Mynatt Dental Labs after 28 years of service.
He is survived by his father and stepmother, Homer and Jackie Nelson; daughter, Kimberly Riemer; brother, Steve Nelson; sisters, Marlene Ehrler, Darlene Davenport, and two grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in the funeral hone chapel with the Rev. Clayton Privett officiating.
Interment will follow in Johnson Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 2-8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to W.R Johnson in care of Johnson Cemetery, 8210 Dayton Pike, Hixson, TN 37343.
Arrangements are by Williamson & Sons Funeral Home in Soddy-Daisy.
