Blondie Leamon Roberts died Sunday, Nov. 15, 1998, in a local nursing home.
She was 82. A native and longtime resident of Chattanooga, Mrs. Leamon was retired from Erlanger Medical Cemter after many years of service.
She was a charter member of Bartlebaugh Baptist Church and a past matron of the Order of Eastern Star Harrison Chapter.
She was the widow of William Paul Roberts.
Survivors include two daughters, Pat Fenstemaker and Janice Badger, both of Chattanooga; one son, Thomas L. Roberts, Atlanta; one sister, Rubye Watkins, Chattanooga; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Bartlebaugh Baptist Church with the Rev. Bill Delaney and the Rev. Ken Roberts officiating.
Burial will follow in Bartlebaugh Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family was to receive friends today from 2 to 9 p.m. at the Highway 58 Chapel of Turner Funeral Home.
Memorial contributions may be made to Bartlebaugh Baptist Church.
