Roberts, Mary Obituary

Mary Roberts, 84, of Chattanooga, died Friday, March 10, 2006, in a local hospital.
She was a lifelong resident of Chattanooga and a member of Red Bank Presbyterian Church. She had also benefited from the Red Bank Baptist Church Bus Ministry in her later years. She retired from TVA after many years of service.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Tom and Georgia Roberts; her sister, Hazel Hixson; and her brother-in-law, Jerome Hixson.
She is survived by her niece, Helen White; and great-nephew, Steve White, both of Chattanooga.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at Red Bank Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Everett Gossett officiating. Interment will be in Foster-Hixson Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 2-5 p.m. Sunday at the Coulter Chapel of Lane Funeral Home.
