Beloved Mother and Nanny
Mary Jane Payne, 47, of Soddy-Daisy, died on Wednesday, March 9, 2005, at a local hospital.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Jimmie Parker, and a brother, Rickey Parker.
She is survived by her sons, Stanley Hale, of Pennsylvania, Charles Arp, of New Jersey, and Justin Payne, of Soddy-Daisy; daughter, Nancy Walker, of Ooltewah; father, Edger Parker, of Indiana; brother, James Goss, of Sale Creek; sisters, Charlotte Hixson, of Soddy-Daisy, Susan Payne, of Sale Creek, Reba Parker, of Ringgold, and Vickie Hixson, of Soddy-Daisy, and eight grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Aaron Simmons officiating.
Interment will follow in Ware Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 4-9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Arrangements are by Williamson & Sons Funeral Home in Soddy-Daisy.
