Obit:
Logan Rayburn Eugene Payne, the infant son of Tosha and David Payne passed away September 2, 2013. He is also survived by his brothers, Devin Mackey, Hunter Payne and Austin Payne; sister, Faith Payne; grandparents, Rick and Starla Mathews and Anna and John Winchester.
The funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. today, September 5, 2013, graveside, in Smith Cemetery, with Reverend James Johnson officiating.
