Forever in our hearts
Obit:
Carolyn Marie Raines Vaughn, 59, of Soddy-Daisy, passed away on Wednesday, April 24, 2013. She was of the Baptist faith. Carolyn was the Assistant Supervisor for Environment Services at Wells Springs Retirement Home. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Paula Marie Allender; sister, Dianne Raines Hindman and brother, Steven Allen Raines.
Survivors include her husband, Richard Vaughn; son, William Leon Allender; son and daughter-in-law Christopher Lynn and Julie Allender; parents, Mary Katherine and Leon Raines; brother and sister-in-law, Thomas and Doris Raines; brother, Ronnie Parker; grandchildren, Kaden and Brianna Allender and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held on Sunday, April 28, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at Smith Cemetery. Visitation is Saturday from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
