Pamela Renee Mayfield, 53, passed away on Wednesday, November 5. Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, November 15 at the Covington Funeral Home chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. She is survived by one daughter, Megan Mayfield of St. Louis, MO; one son, Phillip Claus of St. Louis, MO; two brothers, Eldon M. Stephenson of Richmond, TX and John A. Stephenson of Murfreesboro, TN; her parents, Ivan and Patricia Stephenson of Covington and her fiancé, Terry Murphy of St. Louis, MO.
