Linda Louise Layton Ballard, 66, retired professor for Dyersburg State and a CPA, died November 29, 2018.
Interment in Randolph Cemetery. Mrs. Ballard was a member of Hopewell United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Steve Howard Ballard, parents, Grady and Adele Layton, and two sisters, Peggy Hathcock and Brenda Bowers.
She leaves a daughter, Cynthia Smith (Brandon); son, James Ballard; sisters, Joyce Perry and Pamela Colson, and one grandchild, Corbin Smith.
