Ray Anderson Walker, 65, of Soddy-Daisy, TN, passed away on Monday, February 11, 2013.
Ray retired from Graco Inc. after 21 years of service.
He was preceded in death by his children, Michael Ray Walker and Sandy Ward; sister, Evelyn Hawkins and parents, J.F. "Jay" and Ruby Walker.
Ray enjoyed playing music, especially with his son, Michael. He was a loving husband, daddy and papaw.
Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Judy Walker; daughters, Charlotte (Mike) Nelson, of Sale Creek, Angela (Steve) Patterson, of Soddy-Daisy, TN and Lisa Walker, of Soddy-Daisy, TN; son-in-law, Jeff Ward; brothers, Gene Walker, Joe Walker and Alan Walker; sisters, Arlene King and Carolyn Walker; grandchildren, Justin, Courtney, Dillon, Brandon, Brandi, Braxton, Brooke, Kayla, Meagan, Hailey, Gracie, Mikah, Logan, Peyton and Destiny; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 2:30 p.m on Thursday, February 14, 2013, in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Tim Smith of Cove Chapel Church of God officiating.
Burial will follow at East Soddy Community Cemetery.
Visitation is from 3 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Arrangements are by Williamson & Sons Funeral Home, 8852 Dayton Pike Soddy-Daisy, TN.
