Norma J. Trivett Cox age 79 went to be with the Lord May 5, 2013 at the Wellmont Hospice House. Mrs. Cox was born February 20, 1934, a daughter of the late John Trivett and Willie Sharett Trivett. Mrs. Cox lived all of her life in the Bristol area where she worked for Smithkline and Beecham for 38 years and attended Woodlawn Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Ralph Cox.

She is survived by her sister: Dorothy Trivett Smith

Brother: William E. "Bill" Trivett

Special brother in law: Wayne Cox

Niece: Patty Feathers

Nephew: William E. Trivett Jr. and wife Tammy

Grand Niece: Rebecca Roberts and husband Josh

Grand niece: Matthew Feathers and wife Kelly

Great Great Nephew: Trey Trivett

A funeral service for Mrs. Cox will be held at 12:00 Noon Tuesday May 7, 2013 at the Glenwood Mausoleum with Simiem Pickard and Rev. Steven Playl officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Monday May 6, 2013 at Weaver Funeral Home. The family would like to thank everyone at Wellmont Hospice House, Wellmont Cancer Center and Advance Home Health and for their prayers and concern.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Woodlawn Baptist Church 1400 Southside Ave, Bristol, TN 37620
