Sherri Jane Hodges Morrell, 50, of Bristol, Tennessee, died on Thursday, January 21, 2009.

She was born in Denver, Colorado on January 15, 1960 to Charles and Jean Capper Hodges.

In addition to her parents, survivors include her sons, Quentin Morrell and Nicholas Morrell both of Bristol, Tennessee; sister, Debbie Hodges Smith and husband Harvey of Piney Flats, Tennessee; aunts, Joanie McCormick and husband Bernie of Denver, Colorado, Delia Best of Greely, Colorado, and Susan Reece and husband Frank of Bluff City, Tennessee; uncle, Gil Hodges of Bluff City, Tennessee; special niece, Lindsey Smith of Bristol, Virginia; nephew, Ben Smith and wife Tiffany of Blountville, Tennessee; great nephew, Brian Smith; and several other nieces and nephews; and her cat, Jasmine.

The family will receive friends from 5 until 6:45 Monday evening, January 25, 2010 at Oakley-Cook Funeral Home.
The funeral service will follow at 7 o'clock with Rev. Dan Theiban officiating.

The committal service and entombment will be held at 1 o'clock Tuesday afternoon in Glenwood Cemetery.
