Eloise Patrick Boardwine passed away March 16, 2008 at Indian Path Medical Center.
Mrs. Boardwine was born in North Holston, Virginia a daughter of Charles Edward Patrick and Virginia Williams Patrick. She was a sales associate at J. C. Penney for more than 20 years, and was an avid basketball fan, especially the Lady Volunteers. She was a member of St. Luke United Methodist Church for more than 50 years.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband; Samuel S. Boardwine, brothers; James M. Patrick and Robert C. Patrick, sisters; Margaret Stevenson, Elizabeth Boardwine, Helen Harris, Bess Kerr and Lucille Ratcliff
Surviving are her daughter, Ann Boardwine Baber and husband John, Lake Wylie, SC; son, Jerry W. Boardwine and wife Gail, Antioch, TN.; Grandchildren; Melissa Baber Harvey and husband Gene, Jennifer Boardwine Hill and husband David, Lindsey Boardwine Baker, Brittney Boardwine.
Great-Grandchildren; Hunter E. Harvey, Tyler J. Harvey, Jaya South, Jaxon Hill, Logan Baker and Ashlyn Baker.
Graveside service for family and friends will be conducted Wednesday March 19, 2008 at 12:30 pm in East Lawn Memorial Park, Family and friends are asked to assemble at East Lawn Funeral Home by 12:15 PM.
A Memorial Service will be conducted at 2:30 PM, Wednesday March 19, 2008 at St. Luke United Methodist Church with Pastor Steven Burkheart officiating. Visitation will follow the funeral services.
