Born May 4, 1937 in Orange, NJ, she was the second youngest of 7 children of Leonard and Mary Harmon. sisters Joan Domalewski, Peggy Smiley, and Mary Alice Naspinsky. She is survived by her loving husband of nearly 60 years, James R. Ventura of Signal Mountain, TN; her three sons, Michael (Linda) of Jacksonville, FL; James Jr. of Puyallup, WA and Richard of Orlando, FL. In addition to grandchildren Christopher Ventura of San Francisco, CA, Carisa Ventura Watts, Aaron Ventura, and Jennifer Payne of Jacksonville, FL, and Jana Mae Ventura of Seattle, WA and great-grandson Tristan Michael Watts. Also brothers Bill and Larry Harmon and sister Elaine Schwieghardt
Per James obit:
A native of Orange, New Jersey, he was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, where he served in the Korean war. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ann Lorraine Harmon Ventura; and parents, Frank and Rose Scarpa Ventura. He is survived by three sons, Michael (Linda) Ventura of St. John’s, Fl., James R. Ventura Jr., of Puyallup, Wa., and Richard J. Ventura of Largo, Fl.; brother, Frank Ventura of Toms River, NJ.
