Clinton Caroll Dodd, 72, of Soddy-Daisy, died Friday, August 31, 2007 in an area hospital.
Clinton was a proud member of Daisy Lodge #706 F&AM for many years.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Judith Ann Dodd; parents, Ernest L. and Addie Mae Dodd; and brother, James W. Dodd.
Survivors include his wife, Louise Dodd of Soddy-Daisy; daughter, Sharon Lynn Cardenas of Soddy-Daisy; grandchildren, Jeremy and Tim Gamble and Koty Cardenas; great-grandchildren, Austin and Addie Gamble and Drema Gipson.
Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Don Lasley officiating. A Masonic service will follow in the funeral service in the chapel.
Interment will be in Johnson Cemetery.
The family will receive friends after 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Arrangements are by Legacy Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 8911 Dallas Hollow Road, Soddy-Daisy, TN 37379.

Carole Dodd
Carole Louise Dodd, 69, of Soddy-Daisy died on Monday night, March 24, 2008, at her home with her daughter, Sharon and special grandson, Jeremy by her side.
She was born July 25, 1938, to the late Andrew and Susie Conner. Louise was married to Clinton Dodd for 54 years and had a passion for helping others. She had her grandson, Jeremy near her for all his life. Her kindness and love will be missed.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Clinton just seven months ago; baby daughter, Judith Ann; brothers, Jack, Roy, Bill and Beecher Conner; sisters, Ola Cox and Rahe Dean Smith.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Sharon and Tony Cardenas of Soddy-Daisy; grandchildren, Jeremy and Timothy Gamble and Cody Cardenas; brother, Oscar (Dot) Conner of Hixson; three great-grandchildren; special niece and her family, Pattie (Herbert) Brown, Susan, Ginger, Michael, Kaylee and Ethan.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Don Lasley officiating. Interment will follow in Johnson Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 3-7 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
Arrangements are by Legacy Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 8911 Dallas Hollow Road, Soddy-Daisy, Tn. 37379.
