DUNLAP - Charlie Leroy Reed, 47, died Sunday, April 25, 2004, in a Chattanooga hospital.
Mr. Reed was preceded in death by his father, Roy Reed.
He served his country in the Marine Corps and was employed at Tecumseh Products in Dunlap.
He is survived by his wife, Sara VanHorn Reed, Dunlap; daughter, Alisa (Jason) Thurman, Pikeville; son, Chris (Christy) Reed; grandsons, Colby and Caleb Reed, Dunlap; mother, Beulah Millwood Powell, Signal Mountain; sister, Roxanne Dyer, Signal Mountain; and brothers, Daniel Reed, William Reed, Allen Reed and Alvin Reed, all of Signal Mountain.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. CDT Wednesday in Ewton Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Glen Morgan officiating.
Burial will be in Sawyer Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 3-9 p.m. today at Ewton Funeral Home, 532 Highway 28, Dunlap, TN 37327.
