Darrell Patrick Byrd, 47, of Signal Mountain, passed away on Tuesday January 1, 2019.

He was born in Chattanooga on November 10,1971. He was a lifelong resident of Signal Mountain.

He was preceded in death by his father, Clarence Byrd.

Survivors include his mother, Zella Byrd; brothers, Dale, Clell, Joshua, and Rob Byrd. Sister, Velda (Clyde) Griffith; Janine Byrd; Jessica (Tom) Carter. Sons, Ethan and Trinity Byrd. Daughter, Rhianna Price. Several nieces, nephews, family and multiple friends.                                                                  
He is loved and missed by all. He is with the Lord, without worry or any pain. He was always happy and loved others to be happy.                                                                                                                
Visitation will be held at Lane Funeral Home on Friday, Jan. 4, from 5-7 p.m. and Saturday, from 1-2 p.m.
Funeral services will be held at Lane Funeral Home Chapel at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 5, with Pastor Mark Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Sawyer Cemetery, Signal Mountain.
