Lilyan Moore Lucas, 91, formerly of Soddy-Daisy, died on Saturday, June 5, 2004, at a health care facility in Winter Park, Fla.
Mrs. Lucas was the widow of Harold E. Lucas and the daughter of the late George Ernest and Anna M. Moore.
She was a native of Silverdale, Tenn. and a graduate of Tyner High School and McKenzie Business College. Mrs. Lucas was retired from the Hamilton County Court Clerk's office. She was a Baptist.
She was proceeded in death by a brother, Homer Douglas Moore, Sr. and a sister, Estelle Moore DeFriese,
Mrs. Lucas is survived by two nephews, Douglas Moore of Chattanooga and David Moore of Birchwood; two nieces, Kathy Evans of Orlando, Fla., and Jimmie Dee Kelley of Elizabethtown, Ky.; and seven great-nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Tuesday at Silverdale Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 9:30-10:45 a.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
Arrangements are by the Valley View Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory and Florist.
