Hazel Lee Allen died Friday, March 12, 1999, in a local hospital.
She was 92. She was a member of Brainerd Hills Baptist Church and was a member of the Ruth Sunday School Class.
She was the last surviving member of the "Roy Sisters" musical group who sang on a weekly Chattanooga radio show in the 1930s. She was an avid pianist.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest F. Allen.
She is survived by two sons, Don Allen, Chattanooga, and Ernest Clyde, Signal Mountain; four grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. at the Chattanooga Funeral Home, East Chapel, with the Rev. Richard Mason officiating.
Burial will be at Varnell Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Monday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the East Chapel.
Memorial contributions can be made to a favorite charity.
