Louise Gray, 83, of Cleveland, died Thursday evening, Dec. 24, 2009.

She was the daughter of the late Oscar Neely and Julie Barbee Neely; and was also preceded in death by her daughter, Cindy Gray; and two infant children, Peggy and Lebron.

She was of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by her children, James 'Mose' Ramsey of Ooltewah, Barbara Lovern of Birchwood, Kathy Wilhoite of Cleveland, Tommy Ramsey of Cleveland, Joan Murphy of Cleveland, Bernice Ramsey Shell of Cleveland, Adam Gray of Cleveland, Eva Jones of Georgia; two brothers, Homer Neely of Rossville and Oscar Neely of Red Bank; sisters, Birtie Ramsey of Cleveland and Lestie Brady of Cleveland; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A Remembrance of Life Service will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 29 at Jim Rush Funeral Homes, Wildwood Avenue Chapel.

The family will receive friends on Monday, Dec. 28 from 6-9 p.m. at Jim Rush Funeral Homes, Wildwood Avenue Chapel who is in charge of the arrangements.
