Greely Osborne Torbett, 80, of Sale Creek, died Wednesday, April 23, 2003, at his home.
He retired from Siskin Steel and Supply after 17 years of service.
He was a member of Assembly of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, William Troy, James Arville, George Bruce and Kenneth Ivorlee Torbett.
Survivors include his wife, Frances Torbett of Sale Creek; sons, Greely Torbett Jr. of Hixson and Randy Lee Torbett of Sale Creek; daughters, Sara Jean Ribbon of Spring City, Tenn., Judith Diane Cannedy of Soddy-Daisy and Stella May "Polly" Keene of Florida; and brothers, Leon To rbett of Madisonville, Tenn., and Darwin Torbett of Sweetwater, Tenn.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. James F. Cross officiating.
Interment will be in Shelton Cemetery in Sale Creek.
The family will receive friends after 11 a.m. Friday at Williamson & Sons Funeral Home.
