Theresa Lewis Ritchie Beck, 89, of the Lewis Chapel Community, passed away on Monday, December 12, 2022. She was a native of Daisy and a long-time member of the Daisy United Methodist Church where she played the piano and sang. She was a private secretary for U.S. Pipe and Foundry for many years. She was an avid softball player with her sister Robert Ann and daughter, Adena and her mother, Estel “Barefoot Granny”. Theresa was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Estel Welch Lewis; husbands, Eddie Collins Ritchie and Willie B. Beck and son, Robin Cort Ritchie and brother, Van Lewis.

Survivors are her children, Kevin Ritchie (Dee Dee), Vance Ritchie and Adena Farr (Tommy); siblings, Neville Lewis, Winston Lewis, Clift Conrad Lewis, Robert Ann Lewis; grandchildren, Shannon, Tawana, Jeramie, Callie and Cobia; great grandchildren, Campbell, Eli and Grayson; many nieces and nephews.

Visitation is on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Graveside services will be on Thursday, December 15, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. at Grant-Varner Cemetery with Rev. David Anderson officiating.
