Obit:
Shonta Lewis Higgins, 25, of Dunlap, passed away on Tuesday, May 4, 2010. She was a member of Friendship Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, David Higgins; children, Parker Alvin Higgins and Olivia Claire Higgins; mother, Sandy Nunley of Dunlap; father, Alvin Lewis of Soddy Daisy along with several aunts and uncles.
Services will be Saturday, May 8, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Mike Combs officiating. Burial will follow at Varner Cemetery with Jason Smith, Nathan Smith, Jimmy Simmons, Cletus Ankers, Yancy Galyon and Calvin Moffitt serving as pallbearers. Visitation is Friday from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
