Billie Jo Smith of Soddy-Daisy died Saturday, Nov. 18, 2000, in a local hospital. She was 63.
Mrs. Smith was a Baptist.
Survivors include her husband, Junior Smith; three daughters, Rhonda Tallent, Lisa Smith, Gordenna Uren; son, David Smith; brother, Morris Ford; and six grandchildren, all of Soddy-Daisy.
Services will be today at 2 p.m. at Williamson & Sons Funeral Home with the Rev. Keith Morrison officiating.
Burial will be in Hot Water Cemetery.
Randolph's Obit:
Randolph Mitchell “Junior” Smith, Jr., passed away on Monday, December 11, 2017 at his home on Soddy Mountain. He was 79 and born June 27, 1938. Junior was retired from Hamilton County. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Billie Jo Smith; parents, Randolph and Lillian “Did” Smith; sisters, Bobby Jo Smith, Joan Alexander and Bill “Eva” McDade.
Survivors are his wife, Ruby Smith; sister, Joyce Black; son, David Smith; daughters, Gordenna Uren, Rhonda (Rick) Tallent and Lisa Smith; grandsons, Curtis Helton, Mitch (Kassia) Smith; granddaughters, Lisa (Toney) Crowe, Brandi (Travis) Stoker, Rexane (Tyson) Cagle and Tabitha Morgan; several nieces, nephews, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Services will be on Thursday, December 14, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Bishop Calvin Nunley officiating. Burial will follow at Hotwater Cemetery. Visitation is Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
