Thomas Orr of Soddy-Daisy died Thursday, July 27, 1995, at his home. He was 84.
Mr. Orr was the widower of Florence Orr and a member of Daisy Masonic Lodge.
Survivors include his four daughters, Virgie Redden and France Orr, both of Soddy-Daisy, Verlie Frank, Knoxville, and Opal Varner, Battle Creek, Mich.; four sons, Leon, Marvin and Terrell Orr, all of Soddy-Daisy, and Dale Orr, Chattanooga; 15 grandchildren; and great-grandchildren. The funeral will be Monday at 11 a.m. at Williamson and Sons Funeral Home in Soddy-Daisy with the Rev. Doyle Thrasher officiating. Burial will be in Smith Cemetery. The family will receive friends after noon today at the funeral home.
