Hazel Jett of Soddy-Daisy died Saturday, Dec. 5, 1998, at her home.
She was 90. Mrs. Jett was preceded in death by her husband, Robert W. Jett; two sons, William Robert and Joseph Jett; and sister, Elizabeth Millsaps.
Survivors include five daughters, Flora Branum, Charlotte Branum, Elma Mincey and Evelyn Garrison, Soddy-Daisy, and Catherine Lee, Decatur, Tenn.; two sisters, Lela Mysinger, Soddy-Daisy, and Grace Brown, Estill Springs, Tenn.; brother, George Smith, Soddy-Daisy; 17 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; and eight great great-grandchildren.
Graveside services were held today at 2 p.m. with Vernon Sneed officiating.
Burial was in New Salem Cemetery.
Arrangements were made by Williamson & Sons Funeral Home.
