Bertha Maud Hicks Cox LeCroy, 73, died Thursday, Nov. 27, 2003, in a local nursing home.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Thomas "Bart" and Hester Hicks.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Teresa and J.B. Mullis; brother, Jimmy Hicks; three sisters, Adeline Rackley, Eugenia Bluford and Glenna Hicks; three grandchildren and spouses, Troy and Roberta Chadwick, Tiffany and Michael Arp, Shane and Deborah Chadwick; 11 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Dodds Avenue Chapel of Turner Funeral Homes with the Rev. Bob Willerson officiating.
The burial will follow in Friendship Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Sunday from 1 p.m. until the hour of services.
Turner Funeral Homes, 1101 Dodds Ave., is in charge of arrangements.
