Arvin "J. R." Henderson, Jr., 68, of Sale Creek, died on Saturday, March 19, 2005.
Mr. Henderson was of the Baptist faith and was a retired boilermaker.
He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Randy and Brenda Henderson, Murfreesboro, TN; daughter and son-in-law, Sheila and Barry Coppinger, Soddy-Daisy, daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Jim Roberts, Hixson; brothers, Robert Henderson, Sale Creek, Earl Henderson, Hixson, Ed Henderson, Falling Water; sister, Alma McDaniel, Hixson; five grandchildren, and his former wife, Sue Henderson.
A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Monday in Friendship Cemetery with the Rev. Edward Gravett officiating.
Visitation is from 5-9 p.m. Sunday.
