Funeral services for Donald Gene Burnette, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Burnette, who died Friday morning in a local hospital following a brief illness, will be held today at 2 p.m. at the home on Tremont Avenue. The Rev. Ed Burnette will officiate, assisted by the Rev. J.C. Spears. Interment will follow in the Shelby Hills Cemetery.
The body has been removed to the residence from the Akard Funeral Home.
