Romelia Brooks, 86, of Memphis died of cancer Tuesday at her home. M. J. Edwards & Sons Funeral Home has charge. She was a member of Greater Bush Grove Baptist Church, where she was in the No. 6 Society. Mrs. Brooks, the widow of Rev. Sidney R. Brooks leaves four daughters, Lois Keath of Cleveland, Ohio, Jewel Williams of Arlington, and Eloise Parker and Betty Floyd, bot of Memphis: two sons, Howard Brooks and Charles Brooks, both of Arlington, 28 grandchildren and 39 great-grandchildren.
