Mrs. Artie Imogene Sanders, 88, former cashier at Billings' Big Star, died February 15, 2019 in Covington. She was a member of Rialto Baptist Church. The widow of Bryson Sanders, she leaves her daughter Lisa (Stephen) Arwood of Covington; sons Curtis (Anita) Sanders of Burlison and James Sanders of Covington; sisters Shirley Mathis of Covington, Ruby Workman of Mississippi, and Mary Bridges of Michigan; brothers Bo Spray of Burlison, and Leonard Spray of Jackson; grandchildren Bradley Sanders, Nick Arwood, Christy Edgin, and William Sherrill; and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Freda Griffin; sister Dorothy Graham; brothers Johnny Spray and Roy Spray; and a grandchild, Donnie Arwood.
Visitation for Mrs. Sanders will be from 11AM Monday, February 18, until service time at 1PM, all at Maley-Yarbrough Funeral Home. Interment will follow in R. H. Munford Cemetery.
