Services for Dura Hensley Glass of Covington will be on Thursday at 10 a.m. in the chapel of Maley-Yarbrough Funeral Home Inc. with Dr. Mickey Carpenter officiating. Burial will be in R. H. Munford Cemetery in Covington. Mrs. Glass, the widow of Floyd R. Glass, died in Covington Care Center of heart failure. A native of Covington, her parents were Will and Bessie Goode Hensley. She was a member of the Covington First United Methodist Church. She is survived by a son, Henry Floyd Glass of Covington; a daughter, Shirley Glass Young of Minneapolis, Mn.; two brothers, J.L. Hensley of Garland and William Hensley of Memphis; two sisters, Ruby Bilderback and Elizabeth Shankle of Garland; four grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. The family requests any memorials be sent to Covington First United Methodist Church.
