Born July 16, 1931 to James Edward "Bud" Winningham & Bertie Ammonett. She married Glenard Elmer Stephens and had and unknown number of children including Joyce Ann Stephens who is buried next to her before their divorce in 1978. She died in Hamilton County, Ohio on August 6, 2005.
