Shirley Randall Winningham was the first child of James Edward "Bud" Winningham and Bertie V. Ammonett. He married Freda Beaty on June 2, 1940 in Pickett County. His siblings include Nannie Delcie Winningham, Sally Grace Stephens (Winningham), Jerald & Jerley Winningham who are also buried in Robbinstown Cemetery. As there is no obituary I can find relating to his death at present and Death Certificates are not yet available for 1968 online I cannot speak to the cause or circumstances of his death.
Arza Freda Winningham (Beaty) was born in Pickett County on March 8, 1920. She had two siblings, Ora Anna Rich (Beaty) born April 14, 1916 and Reba born in November 25, 1921. Sadly her parents both died several years later with father Arnold Priam Beaty passing December 14, 1922 and mother Sarah Jane Beaty (Smith) passing October 3, 1924. From here it appears that the children resided with their Paternal Grandparents. She married Shirley Randall Winningham on June 2, 1940 and later married Keen Edman Gunter in 1971. She died May 17th 1989.
