Nannie Delcie (Winningham) Little age 93 of Morton, IL and a former resident of Pickett Co.,TN, passed away Saturday Dec. 9, 2017 at Morton Villa Health and Rehab in Morton,IL.

She was born Dec. 7, 1924 in Pickett Co.,TN to James E. "Bud" Winningham and Bertie (Amonett) Winningham. She lived most of her life in Pickett Co. She carried the mail by horseback from Robbinstown to Faix Post Office in her teen years and also was a garment factory worker.

Delcie is survived by (1) Son: Houston R. Little and Wife: June; (1) Brother: Eugene Winningham and Wife: Louise; (1) Grandson: Steven R. Little (Wendy); (1) Granddaughter: Tonya Maddux (Michael); (1) Great Granddaughter: Erika Maddux; (3) Great Grandsons: Brandon and Zachary Little and Cody Maddux; (2) Great Great Grandsons: Aiden and Jace Little. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her Parents: James and Bertie Winningham; Husband: Norman R. Little; (1) Daughter: Betty Jean Smith; (1) Sister: Grace Stephens; (3) Brothers: Don Winningham, Shirley Winningham, Wesley Winningham and (3) Infant Brothers.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday Dec. 16, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. from the Brown Funeral Chapel with Bro. Rick Cross officiating and burial in the Robbinstown Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Saturday Dec. 16, 2017 at the Brown Funeral Chapel from 11:00 A.M until time of the service at 1:00 P.M.
