Kay Delores Stamper, 53, of Hixson, died on Thursday, Jan. 4, 2007, in a local hospital.
She was a loving, caring person. Her children were the greatest love in her life. She attended Straightway Holiness Church. She was a supervisor at Sather’s Candy Company for many years.
She was preceded in death by her father, Elmer West; brother, Benny West; and grandparents, Arnold and Marion West and Ben and Maggie Harding.
She is survived by her daughters, Amy Clark, Apison, Becky Wilkey, Mazie Stamper; one grandchild, Emily Kay Wilkey; mother, Dollie West, all of Hixson; sister, Bobbi White, Bryant, Al.; brothers, Jeff West, Gray, Ga., Mark West, David West and Rusty West, all of Hixson; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday in the chapel with the Rev. Reece Fauscett and the Rev. David Beck officiating. Burial will follow in Dividing Ridge Cemetery.
