Obit:
Rita Jo Bailey, 61, of Soddy-Daisy passed away Monday, December 19, 2011 at a local hospital. She was a member of Christ Family Church. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Gladys Hodges.
She is survived by her husband, Ronny Bailey of Soddy-Daisy, son, Randy Bailey and best friend, Buffy Thompson of Soddy-Daisy, daughter, Rhonda (Ken) Miller of Soddy-Daisy, brothers, Corky Parrott and Rick Hodges both of Soddy-Daisy, grandchildren, Nicole Parsons, Bailey Prince and Savannah Miller, several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 2:30 P.M. Thursday in the funeral home chapel with Bishop Calvin Nunley officiating. Interment will follow the service at East Soddy Community Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 2-9 P.M. Wednesday and after 10:00 A.M. Thursday at the funeral home.
